Dan’s Barkery began with one simple idea — that everyone deserves the chance to do something meaningful.
We empower people with autism to develop employment skills, confidence, and community connection through purposeful work — and a shared love of dogs.

Where it all started

Dan’s passion for baking and dogs began at home, where he loved watching his Mum in the kitchen. At his special school, he joined a dog biscuit baking program run by supportive teachers who helped him develop his skills and discover his talent.

When Dan graduated, he wanted to keep doing what he loved — baking treats that make tails wag and hearts happy.

At Dan’s Barkery, every biscuit represents more than just a snack. It’s a symbol of inclusion, independence, and the belief that good work can change lives.

We’re proud to create meaningful opportunities for people on the autism spectrum, while delivering hand-baked, wholesome treats that dogs (and their humans) can feel good about.
